Planetary Annihilation: TITANS released [Add-On]

PA hat nun ein standalone Add-On namens TITANS erhalten, was praktisch PA enthält aber noch erweitert. Hier der Trailer:

Macht Lust PA nochmal auszupacken, genau so hab ich mir das Hauptspiel damals vorgestellt.
Wer ursprünglich auf Kickstarter gebacked hat braucht einfach nur den Launcher zu starten und hat es direkt kostenlos. Für alle anderen die PA aber schon besitzen, können es mit nem Rabatt von 66% kaufen (ca. 13€, ist sogesehen ein Upgrade von PA auf TITANS). Wer PA noch nicht hat kann direkt TITANS holen und hat damit quasi auch das ganze Paket.
Das Spiel enthält ca. 16 neue Einheiten, 5 neue Epic Units, neue Gameplaymechaniken wie abbaubare Wrackteile die man aus SupCom kennt, neue Maps und Terrain features (endlich Plateaus und nicht nur flache Planeten) sowie neue Spielmodi.

I’m a Kickstarter Backer and do not see TITANS in my Steam account. How do I get the game?

Do you filter your Steam Library with games that are installed versus games that you own? Is the word “Games” displayed to the right of the Search bar in your Games Library? If not, click on the word displayed and select Games to show all the games in your Library. From here, you should see Planetary Annihilation: TITANS on your list.

It may also be the case that your Steam account is not linked to the PlayFab account that your Kickstarter information is on. If you’re not sure, please contact Support and we can make sure your Steam account is linked to the correct account.

I already own Planetary Annihilation. Do I get a discount on TITANS?

Yes you do! Until October 18th, 2015 you can purchase TITANS for yourself or your friends for 66% off!

Will I be able to play Classic Planetary Annihilation if I own TITANS?

Yes, if you want to you can go to the gameplay settings page in-game and select an Active Expansion, then set that to Classic instead of TITANS. You can play with the Classic Planetary Annihilation balance and even play on the Classic ranked ladder.

I own TITANS outside of Steam, but I want a Steam key too. Can I get one?

Yes, contact support@uberent.com and we'll get you a key as soon as we can.

Will work continue on Planetary Annihilation now that TITANS is out?

Yes. TITANS and Planetary Annihilation make use of the same engine, so any improvements we make there will go into both games, but any new content that might show up in updates will be focused on TITANS. So performance and stability will continue to improve on Planetary Annihilation, but if you want all the shiny new stuff you'll want to pick up TITANS.

Is TITANS easier to play than Planetary Annihilation?

TITANS features a new tutorial and difficulty rebalance of galactic war that makes it easier than ever to pick up and learn the game!

Das teil ist ein echter eigen Tor. Vor dem Selbst EA verblasst.

Es hat auch 16 neue Einheiten zusätzlich zu den Epics, neues Terrain bzw. Maps, nen neuen Spielmodus und neue Gameplay Features. Die meisten Add-Ons sind nichts anderes (viele fügen halt ne neue Fraktion hinzu, die Anzahl an Einheiten die dazu kommt ist vergleichbar mit einer). Zumal 13€ für nen Add-On günstig ist, meistens kosten die doch 20€ oder mehr.

Für nen Add-On zu zahlen ist normal und macht Sinn, sie haben ja auch Kosten es zu entwickeln. Dass es Kickstarter umsonst kriegen ist halt ne nette Geste von ihnen, die die Backer freuen wird. Wer es nicht umsonst kriegt: Hört auf neidisch zu sein auf andere.

Naja einige der Early hatten 90 Euro bezahlt, da wäre es doch Gerecht wenn die auch wie die Kick Starter das Spiel umsonst kriegen.

Ich werds mal ausprobieren. Hab derzeit aber nur einen Laptop zur Verfügung, wird wahrscheinlich nicht sonderlich toll darauf laufen. Zumal mein Hauptproblem mit PA auch immer die Weltraumeinheiten waren, das hat imho nie wirklich funktioniert. Und daran hat sich ja bis heute scheinbar nicht wirklich was verändert.

Können ja auch einfach Games mit nur einem Planeten zocken, jetzt da es endlich "richtiges" Terrain gibt, kann man da auch anspruchsvollere Maps zocken.

Nope EA legt locker eins drauf

Starwars Battlefront limited Edition für 120€ (keine Kamp und keine DLC ), Season Pass für 60€ ... Nur ein Battlefield MP mit Starwars Skins wo das meiste noch fehlt weil dies erst mit DLCs kommt

Das Addon hier ist ein ganzes Game

Niemand besiegt EA in sachen zahl mehr bekomm nichts
